Make Room for Emmanuelle
Carine's successor has been named at French VOGUE and Emmanuelle Alt is the girl with the golden ticket.
She's earned it too having been the fashion director and a close hand to Ms. Roitfeld since 2000, and responsible for styling many of the controversial and publicity garnering shoots over the years.
I'm excited for her and the amazing images will continue, but maybe that's my one grievance. Fashion isn't about continuity and the status quo; a change would have been an exciting mix up.
But then again....
