"Dime", That Was Fun!

Last nite's "Design on a Dime" opening gala was a success! I worked interior designer Todd Romano's room,

And work it I did!  Kids, I pushed the hell out of those Spitzmiller lamps and vases and the bougie white people ate them up!

I personally had my heart set on the porcelain table elephant, but my table menageries are currently all full.

There were other rooms by Peter Som, Jamie Drake, Nathan Thomas, giant Edie Sedgwick-esque horses, chandeliers made of paper plates, neon acrylic, vinyl and pillows, fashion sketches, and a lit up homage to our favorite Angel, Jaclyn Smith.

  1. Wish I could have gone to this and could have seen you in action. You look totally great, too. What a wonderful way to kick off design week (which I think is more than one week long, but then again, I guess that every week in NYC is design week!). Congrats for volunteering for such a great cause. xoxl

  2. ps - I sort of think of "Design Week" being from the start of Brooklyn Designs (ie, last Friday), to the end of ICFF (ie, just over a week from now). Then again, what do I know? xoxl
