Madonna's self-titled debut is sitting on top of my stereo as I write, fresh out of this past week's rotation (the neighbors are so sick of "Physical Attraction", I'm sure)
and my penchant for Gladiator chic extends beyond my current love affair of "Spartacus: Blood and Sand" to every book weighing down my shelves on Carthage, Rome, and Babylonia.
