Doin' It: Bolongaro Trevor Button Bib Front Sailor Tee

Summer is coming to an end but the nautical look is an easy transitional style for men.

This button bib front sailor tee from  Bolongaro Trevor is a great piece to pair with shorts now and with your stovepipe jeans and jean jacket when weather turns apple pickin'

     Converts for easy breeze access

Or feelin' chilly? Button up!

(Bolongaro Trevor 100% Cotton striped convertible button bib front sailor tee, $101 on sale at http://www.bolongarotrevor.com/manzanera-bone-navy-stripe/)

Umm...This Be Good: April 77 Receipt Envelope

Despite running into some rough patches, French denim label April 77 is still rockin' and rollin' and causing les oh-so-hips to blow their paychecks on skinny jeans.

In return you not only get the perfect fit and the in-the-know nods, your receipt undergoes a little rad injection with a cheeky envelope / guitar pick combo

(Photo courtesy of Aprill 77's Instagram)

Oh the French: even their receipts are impeccably turned out.

VOGUE-sicles!

The September issues are out in full effect but until I get my hands on the Lady Gaga American Vogue, I casually poured through the August issue with Marion Cotillard.

Buried deep what should I unearth but recipes! In VOGUE! How dare they!

Granted they were for popsicles, which seems like one of those Get Out of Jail Free items for models to consume, so I figured, when in Vogue?

Of course I chose the Caipirinha which included a new fangled (for my whiteness) Brazilian rum, Cachaça, which despite Wikipedia informing me is pronounced "Ca-SHAH-sa", Ms GL and I had a hoot shouting "Ca-Shock-Ka!" during the whole boozy process

After muddling some lime, straining some sugar and making a mess, the results were Ca-shocking!

Child, I'd never have had the VOGUE idea to make me own ice pops.

Forget you Edy's

And here's to sneak attack public drinking! Heyyyyy!

Little Boots Keeps Me Wanting More

2009's 'Hands' Lp from Little Boots hooked me like a parasite you get walking around barefoot where you got no business walkin' barefoot and I've been longing for the followup hit of sonic smack.

Well, my wait is inching close to complete.

First came "Every Night I say a Prayer" with its 90's dance routines

Then you convinced me to wear my 'Headphones' on the dance floor

(The multi-collared blouse, the metallic shift dresses.... oh British fashion!)

And cheeky monkey, between the Voguing above and the peepshow below, don't think I don't notice all your homages to Madonna all up in your videos.

Why, why can't you tour the whole of  US and not just California?! Dang!

Although good excuse to go back to Barcelona for your October dates... (Of course you're playing Barcelona!)

The Righteous Life of that Ridic Louis Vuitton Hat

Constance Jablonski covers the September 2012 Harper's Bazaar Australia in Louis Vuitton

The same one Marc Jacobs showed back in March for Louis Vuitton.

"Surely, this hat won't catch on?!" he joked

Afterall, think of all the carrion of those who've tried and failed:

Good Advice: Kate Moss Says Bunk Off

'Sometimes I go to work. Sometimes I go to work hungover. Sometimes I don’t turn up at all. People love that. They don’t know what to expect,'

-Kate Moss to newly anointed Radio1 breakfast host, Nick Grimshaw

('I shall try my best to make it in, love. Really I shall.')

Zoe Saldana Covers September 2012 Gotham Magazine

Zoe Saldana glows and bows in a 70's office chic Givenchy silk tie neck blouse

But this Lanvin neoprene number would have made quite the startling cover cropped and lacking fly-aways

That's one eye-catching neckline!

But the lady really knows how to wear clothes. She's definitely a favorite to watch here at the It Can't All Be Dior offices.

What do you think? Zoe Saldana... stylish actress you love for her fashion know how or just another starlet with a stylist?

Paul Mitchell Pulls Out of China

Paul Mitchell is the next in huge beauty names that rather than amend their anti-animal testing policies for mandatory Chinese testing, have forgone that market altogether

PETA recently awarded animal lover Paul Mitchell with Courage in Commerce Award for pulling out of China to prevent cruel animal tests that are currently mandatory by law.

Meanwhile PETA "funded a group of scientists to travel to China and offer their advice on replacing animal experiments with superior non-animal methods, the country is poised to approve its first non-animal cosmetics test"

Kudos to Paul Mitchell for making the money talk and to PETA for keeping the focus on archaic policies and the forward and modern solutions.

Linda Evangelista SUPER Hero in September 2012 W Magazine

Linda Evangelista shot by Steven Klein and styled by Edward Enninful for the September W Magazine

Linda's super power? Making this latex super hero meets Amanda Lepore drag look haute

I'd say like me she's counting the hours down til lunch here, but pishaw

Baby, There's a Shark in the Bustelo

In honor of Shark Week, I would get this mug for Jaws obsessed Mr G, if I didn't know he had a wee too many coffee receptacles already...

Honey, There's a Reason Kate Moss is Still Ne Plus Ultra!

Kate Moss, Daria Werbowy and Lara Stone all have separate covers of the September 2012 cover of Paris Vogue

All were shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, all wearing the same Dolce & Gabbana dress, red lip and slicked back hair

But Kate proves why, at 38, she still commands the room (and the big bucks!)
